What to Expect?

LENS (Low Energy Neurofeedback System) is a sophisticated, non-invasive therapy that uses very low-power electromagnetic signals to modify brainwave patterns, enhancing mental health and cognitive performance.

A sensor is placed on each ear, while another is moved to different areas of your head. A low-energy radio wave is sent to the brain, disrupting the negative pattern and allowing the brain to find an easier, more efficient, and natural pattern.

Each sensor is in place for a few seconds; most people will not feel anything, while occasionally, some may feel a slight tingling sensation in the area.

The total process lasts about 10 to 15 minutes, and you are not required to “do” anything other than sit and be relaxed and comfortable.

The sensors that are placed on the scalp measure brainwave activity and gently guide the brain toward more optimal functioning. LENS Neurofeedback empowers the brain to recalibrate itself, significantly improving symptoms and overall quality of life without relying on medications or traditional therapy techniques.

These invisible frequencies emit less energy than a standard cellphone.
